Data we process
  • Access request details you submit (name, work email, organization, role, summary).
  • Security/operational logs (timestamps, IP address, user agent) used for abuse prevention and integrity monitoring.
Purpose and retention
  • Process access requests, maintain security, and support contracted delivery.
  • Retention. Access-request submissions are generally retained up to 24 months (or longer if required for security/legal purposes). Security logs are generally retained 30–180 days unless extended for investigations or compliance.
Sharing
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We may share limited information with vetted service providers (e.g., hosting, email, security monitoring) acting as processors under confidentiality and security obligations, solely to operate and secure the portal and deliver services.
  • We may disclose information for legal compliance and security investigations.
